Job Purpose:

  • To ensure the sale of vehicles and allied business and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Managing customer through the entire sales process, right from initial inquiry to delivery and after-sales.
  • Understand customer needs in order to help him make the best choice.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • To achieve the dealership and OEM’s monthly target with profitability.
  • To submit a morning agenda and evening report to TL/SM.
  • Updates all information related to enquire in the DMS, APP, etc. as per the OEM’s requirement.
  • Offers test drives to all prospects and collect feedback, follows dealership procedure

to obtain proper identification from customers prior to the test drive.
